Converting a Sales Desk to a Deal

Sales > F&I > Sales Desk

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Sales Desk.

2. Select the Sales Desk by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Sales Desk screen:

1. Click the Customer field and input a prospect.

2. Click the Vehicle field and input a stock number.

3. Click the Make Deal hyperlink.

4. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
