Confirming an Appointment

Service > Advisor > Appointment

Create an appointment.

Click on the customer name hyperlink to open the Service Appointment screen.

Indicate the method used to confirm the appointment by using the dropdown in the Confirm field to change the selection from Not Confirmed to Call, Email, or Text.

  • Blue Appointments are those that have been scheduled for a time slot in the future and not yet arrived.

  • Blue with a checkmark are appointments that are scheduled and have been Confirmed.

  • Green appointments are appointments that have been converted to an R.O.

  • Red appointments are appointments that are running late and not yet arrived.
