Changing Printers (Bank and Checking Maintenance)

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Bank and Checking Maintenance

Within the Bank and Checking Maintenance Screen:

1. Select a bank by clicking on the corresponding line in the Banks list.

2. Select a bank account by clicking on the corresponding line in the Accounts list, then click the [Edit] button below the list.

Double-click on the bank account.

3. Click on either the Check Print Queue or the Plain Paper Queue hyperlink to change the printer.

4. Click on the Select a Print Queue dropdown and select a printer from within the Printers window.

5. Click the [OK] button within the Printers window.

6. Click the [OK] button within the Bank Account window.

7. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
