Attaching a Prospect’s License and POI

Sales > F&I > Prospects

· A photocopy of the license and POI must be captured and saved to the user’s PC prior to the following steps.

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Prospect.

2. Select the Prospect by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Prospect record:

1. Hover over the [More] in the Action Ribbon.

2. Select the Attachments option from the dropdown to open the Prospect Attachments window.

3. Select the [Add] button.

4. Select the [Attach file] button.

5. Browse for the directory where the files were saved and locate the files.

6. Select the files and click the [Open] button.

7. Select the [Save] button.

8. Select the [Exit] button.
