Assigning Technicians from the Route Sheet

 

Navigate to: Service > Advisor > Route Sheet

Assigning Techs 

Assign Individual Techs

  1. Filter/Sort the grid search to locate the Repair Order.

  2. Click the caret on the left to expand the results.

  3. Click the Unassigned  hyperlink to open the technician dropdown.

  4. Select the technician to add to the job from the dropdown.

Assign One Technician to All Job Lines

  1. Filter/Sort the grid search to locate the Repair Order.

  2. Click the caret line to expand the results.

  3. Click the blast arrow beside the Technician column header to open the blast technician dropdown.

  4. Select the technician to blast to all jobs from the dropdown.
