Assigning Skill Levels to a Technician

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Employees

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the employee record.

2. Select the employee by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Employee Record:

3. Within the Tech tab, mark the checkbox for each applicable skill level to assign to the employee in the Skill Levels grid.

Click the [Select All] button to select all of the Skill Levels in the grid.

4. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
