Assigning Parts and Service Discounts

To set a customer's parts or service discount, open the customer record under Service > Miscellaneous > Customers, select the appropriate discounts from the Parts Discount and Service Discount dropdowns, and save the record.

Inside the primary grid

1. Filter or sort the primary grid to locate the customer record.
2. Select the customer by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within a customer record

1. Click the Parts Discount dropdown and select the corresponding discount.
2. Click the Service Discount dropdown and select the corresponding discount.
3. Click the Save button in the Action Ribbon.
