Assigning Companies

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Employees

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the employee record.

2. Select the employee by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Employee Record:

3. Click the [Companies] button in the Action Ribbon to open the Employee Companies window.

4. Mark the Accessible checkbox for all applicable companies.

5. Mark the Default checkbox for the default company.

∟ Only one company may be marked as Default.

6. Click the [OK] button.

7. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
