Assigning a Part Type to a Part Number

Parts > Counter > Parts Inventory

Part Type is used for parts not in the general inventory, e.g. Tires, Gas, Oil and Grease.

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort and select the part number.

Within the Part Record:

2. Click the Part Type dropdown, and select.

3. Click [Save] in the Action Ribbon.
