Assigning a Department to a Doc Report

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

See the Permissions Reference Guide to understand what permissions to assign.

Accounting > Maintenance > Daily Report Maintenance

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the report.

2. Select the report by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Daily Report Maintenance Screen:

3. Mark all applicable boxes of the departments to assign under Report Type.

Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

Note that 1. Separate CRUD permissions are provided for each module for controlled access.

· Accounting > Reports > Daily Operating Control for Standard, Expanded, and/or Trend.

· Sales > Miscellaneous > New > Daily Operating Control - New > Standard and/or Expanded

· Parts > Miscellaneous > Daily Operating Control

· Service > Miscellaneous > Service and/or Body Shop and/or Quick Lube > Standard and/or Expanded
