Assigning a Commission Schedule

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Employees

· Only Employees with a Position of “Salesperson,” “Sales Manager,” and/or “F&I Manager” will have the Commission Schedules dropdowns.

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the employee record.

2. Select the employee by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Employee Record:

3. Within the Employee tab, click the Comm Schedules dropdown for Salesperson, Sales Manager, or F&I Manager, and select the corresponding default commission schedule. Note that an employee may be assigned more than one commission schedule.

4. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
