Assigning a Best Restocking Level and Best Reorder Point to a Part Number

Parts > Counter > Parts Inventory

When Override BSL/BRP is No, the system will calculate the Best Stocking Level and Best Reorder Point, based on the part number’s sales criteria.

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort and select the part number.

Within the Part Record:

2. Click the Override BSL/BRP dropdown, and select Yes.

3. Input the quantity for the Best Stocking Level and press tab.

4. Input the quantity for the Best Reorder Point.

5. Click [Save] in the Action Ribbon.
