Adjusting the On Hand Quantity

Parts > Counter > Parts Inventory

In some instances, the On Hand Quantity of a part number may need to be corrected manually.

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort and select the part.

Within the Part Record:

2. Click the On Hand hyperlink.

3. When the Edit Quantity window appears, input the quantity in the New Quantity field.

4. Input an Adjustment Reason, although it is not required.

5. Click [OK].

6. Click [Save] in the Action Ribbon.
