Adding Scheduled Maintenance Operations to a Repair Order

Service > Advisor > Repair Orders

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Repair Order.

  2. Select the Repair Order by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Repair Order screen:

  1. Click the [Maintenance] button at the bottom of the screen to open the Scheduled Maintenance screen.

  2. Click the Engine dropdown and select the engine size of the vehicle.

  3. Click the Transmission dropdown and select the transmission type of the vehicle.

  4. Click the Schedule dropdown and select the Maintenance Schedule to be viewed.

  5. Click the Mileage dropdown and select the mileage interval currently on the vehicle.

  6. Click the [View Maintenance] button to open the Maintenance Schedule.

  7. Click the [A] button

  8. Click the [Next] button to open the Grouping screen.

  9. Select None, Auto, or Custom.

  10. Click the [Next] button to open the Group Preview screen.

  11. Click the [Save to RO] button to add the operations to the Repair Order.
