Adding Products to a Deal Posting Template

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Vehicle Sales Maintenance

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/sort and select a Deal Posting Template by clicking on the line.

Within the Vehicle Sales Maintenance Screen:

2. Click on the Products Tab.

3. Click the [Add] button.

4. Use the Product dropdown to select the Product to add to this template.

5. Input the New Account number.

6. Input the Used Account Number.

7. Input the Payable account number.

8. Mark the Use Vehicle Sale account if applicable.

9. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
