Adding Products, Service Contracts, Fees, and Taxes (Outside Sales)
Navigate to Sales > F&I > Outside Sales
Inside the Primary Grid:

Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Outside Sale.

Select the Outside Sale by clicking on the corresponding line.
Within the Outside Sales screen:

Click the Products, Service Contracts, Fees, or Taxes hyperlink.

Click the [Add] button.

Click the dropdown and select which item is to be added.

If applicable, click the Capitalized dropdown, and select Yes.

Click the [Add] button.

Click the [OK] button.

Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
