Adding Products, Service Contracts, Fees, and Taxes (Outside Sales)

Navigate to Sales > F&I > Outside Sales

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Outside Sale.

  2. Select the Outside Sale by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Outside Sales screen:

  1. Click the Products, Service Contracts, Fees, or Taxes hyperlink.

  2. Click the [Add] button.

  3. Click the dropdown and select which item is to be added.

  4. If applicable, click the Capitalized dropdown, and select Yes.

  5. Click the [Add] button.

  6. Click the [OK] button.

  7. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
