Adding Commission Tier Details

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on  Roles and Permission to learn how.

Sales > Maintenance > Sales > Commission Schedules

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Commission Schedule.

2. Select a Commission Schedule by clicking on the corresponding line.

Inside the Commission Schedules screen:

1. Select a Commission Tier by clicking a commission tier within the Commission Tiers grid.

2. Click the [Add] button below the Tier Details grid.

3. Click the Basis dropdown in the Add Commission Tier Detail and select the Commission Basis as needed.

4. Click the Profit Area dropdown and select the Profit Area the Commission is to be based on.

5. Click the Payment Basis dropdown and select either Flat Amount or Percentage.

∟ If Percentage is selected for the Payment Basis, click the Percent field and choose the percentage of the commission to be paid.

∟ If Percentage is selected for the Payment Basis, click the Minimum field and input the minimum dollar amount to be paid.

∟ If Flat Amount is selected for the Payment Basis, click the Amount field and input the amount to be paid.

1. Click the Commissionable % field and input the percentage of the Commission to be paid.

2. Click the [Add] button.

3. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

• The Tier Details section will display once a Commission Tier has been selected.
