Adding Capitalized and Non-capitalized Items to a Lease

Adding Capitalized Items

Sales > F&I > Sales Desk

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Sales Desk.

  2. Select the Sales Desk by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Sales Desk screen:

  1. Click the Products, Service Contracts, Insurances, Fees, or Taxes hyperlink in the middle column of a lease deal.

  2. Click the [Add] button.

  3. Click the dropdown and select which item is to be added.

  4. Click Yes or No, to indicate if the item is Capitalized.

  5. Click the [Add] button.

  6. Click the [OK] button.

  7. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

Adding Non-Capitalized

Sales > F&I > Sales Desk

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Sales Desk.

  2. Select the Sales Desk by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Sales Desk screen:

  1. Click the Products, Service Contracts, Insurances, Fees, or Taxes hyperlink in the far-right column of a lease deal.

  2. Click the [Add] button.

  3. Click the dropdown and select which item is to be added.

  4. If applicable, click the Capitalized dropdown, and select No.

  5. Click the [Add] button.

  6. Click the [OK] button.

  7. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
