Adding an Operation to a Repair Order

Service > Advisor > Repair Orders

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Repair Order.

  2. Select the Repair Order by clicking on the corresponding line.

Using Quick Add

Within the Repair Order screen:

  1. Select the [Quick Add] button in the bottom left of the screen to open the RO Quick Add window.

  2. Select Popular Op Codes to be added to the Repair Order by placing a checkmark in the box next to the appropriate Op Code.

  3. Select the [OK] button.

Within the Repair Order screen:

  1. Select the [Quick Add] button in the bottom left of the screen to open the RO Quick Add window.

  2. Click the Op Code field and input the Op Code to be used.

2. Click the Op Code field and type in a partial character string and [Tab] to search/browse for the Op Code to be used.

3. Select an Op Code.

4. Click the Concern field and input/edit the concern as needed.

5. Click the Technician field and select the technician who is performing the job from the dropdown.

6. Click the Labor Hours field and input the flag hours for the job/operation.

7. If applicable, click the Actual Hours field and input the actual hours for the job/operation.

8. Select the [OK] button.

· The Actual Hours field being shown is dependent upon a default setting.

Using Detail Add

Within the Repair Order screen:

  1. Select the [Detail Add] button in the bottom left of the screen.
