Adding an Extended Service Contract (Service)

Service > Advisor > Repair Orders

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Repair Order.

  2. Select the Repair Order by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Repair Order screen:

  1. Select the Extended Service tab in the Action Ribbon

  2. Select the [Add Contract] button below the Extended Service Contract grid.

  3. Search and select the Extended Service Vendor code in the Code field, or the name in the Company field.

  4. Input the Service Contract number in the Contract # field.

  5. Select the Service Contract type in the Contract Type dropdown.

  6. Input the Months, Miles, and Deductible.

  7. Input the Start Date and Expiration Date.

  8. Input the Start Mileage and Expiration Mileage.

  9. Select the [Save] button.
