Adding Additional Phone Numbers to a Customer Record

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the customer record.

2. Select the customer by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within a Customer Record:

3. Select the Phone Number hyperlink to open the Phone Numbers window.

4. Select the [Add] button.

5. Input the Phone Number.

6. Click the Phone Type dropdown and select either Home, Work, Cell, Fax, or Other.

7. Click the Primary dropdown and select Yes to mark the phone number listed as the primary phone number.

∟ If the phone number listed is not the primary phone number, set the field to No.

8. Select the [Save] button in the window.

9. To add another phone number, follow steps 4-8.

10. When complete, select the [Save] button in the window.

11. Select the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

· Only one phone number can be marked as Primary.

· The phone number marked as Primary will be displayed in the Customer Record.
