Adding a Vehicle to a Sales Desk/Deal

 

Sales > F&I > Sales Desk

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Sales Desk.

2. Select the Sales Desk by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Sales Desk screen:

1. Click the Vehicle field.

2. Insert the stock number of the vehicle being sold.

3. Select the Price to import from the Price to Import window if applicable.

4. Select the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

Within the Sales Desk screen:

1. Click the Magnifying Glass in the Vehicle field.

2. Filter/Search the grid to locate the vehicle to be sold.

3. Click the line of the vehicle.

4. Select the Price to import from the Price to Import window if applicable.

5. Select the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
