Adding a Prospect to a Sales Desk/Deal

Sales > F&I > Sales Desk

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Sales Desk.

  2. Select the Sales Desk by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Sales Desk screen:

  1. Click the Customer field.

  2. Type in the Prospect’s name that is to be used in the deal. Format: Last Name, First Name

-or- Click the magnifying glass in the Customer field and search for the prospect.

-or- Click the PLUS icon next to the Customer field to create a new prospect.

∟ Input the new prospect’s name in Last Name, First Name format.

∟ Select [Create] – the system will search the customer database for an existing customer to convert to a prospect.

∟ If an existing record is not found, select the [Create] button again.

∟ Edit the prospect’s information as needed and [Save].

3. Select the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
