Adding a New PDI (Physical Damage Insurance) Company

Sales > F&I > Prospects

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Prospect.

2. Select the Prospect by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Prospect record:

1. Select the PDI tab in the Action Ribbon.

2. Click the Company dropdown.

3. Select the Add New option to open the Add New PDI window.

4. Input the New PDI Company’s information.

5. Select the [Save] button.
