Adding a Flat Rate Table (Lender)
VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs. Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership. See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Inside the Primary Grid:

Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Lending Company.

Select a Lender by clicking on the corresponding line.
Within the Lenders screen:

Click the [Flat Rates] button in the Action Ribbon.

Select which Flat Rate Table will be built by clicking the corresponding tab on the left.

Click the Description field and input the description of the Flat Rate Table being used.

Click the Factor Type dropdown.
-
Select either Fixed Dollar Amount or Percentage from the Factor Type dropdown.
-
Click the [Add] button to open the Add Flat Rate window.
-
Click the Low Range field and input the low range amount.
-
Click the High Range field and input the high range amount.
-
If the Factor Type is Fixed Dollar Amount, click the Amount field and input the Flat dollar amount paid for the range.
-or-
If the Factor Type is Percentage, click the Factor field and input the percentage paid for the range.

Click the [Add] button in the Add Flat Rate window.

Repeat Steps 6-9 for any additional ranges that need to be added.

Click the [Save] button in the Flat Rate Table window.

Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

Flat Rate Tables can only house one credit tier. The table should be built with this in mind, and should be built around the credit tier that is frequent within the dealership. Keep in mind, that Fixed Profit can also be input directly within the deal to help cover additional tiers.
