Add a New Make or Model to a Deal Posting Template

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Vehicle Sales Maintenance

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Select the corresponding template to edit by clicking on the line in the primary grid.

Within the Vehicle Sales Maintenance screen:

2. Select the Vehicles tab and click the [Add] button at the bottom of the grid.

3. Click on the Make field and select the Make from the dropdown list.

4. Click on the Model field and select the Model from the dropdown list.

5. Enter the Account numbers in the New, Used, and Incentive account fields.

6. Click the [Save] button in the action ribbon.
