How they use it:

Track Wholesale Sales Performance

  • The report lists each wholesale, commercial, and fleet customer, showing detailed metrics for:  
    • Cost 
    • Sale Amount 
    • Profit in Dollars 
    • Profit Percentage 
  • These metrics are provided for the current reporting period, year-to-date (YTD), and previous year-to-date (PYTD), allowing for direct performance comparisons. 
Identifies Top Customers and Trends 
  • By displaying sales and profit data per customer, the report helps managers identify which accounts contribute most to overall wholesale sales and profitability. 
  • It highlights trends in customer activity, such as increases or decreases in purchases, and flags accounts that may need attention or follow-up.
