The Outstanding Order Report is designed to help dealership parts departments monitor and manage parts that have been on order for an extended period—specifically, parts that have been on order for 30 days or more.

How It’s Used
- Part Number & Description: Identifies each part that has been ordered but not yet received.
- Order Number & Bin: Tracks the specific order and storage location.
- Days on Order: Highlights how long each part has been outstanding (all items listed are 30 days or more).
- Cost, Quantity, and Total: Shows the cost per part, quantity on order, and the total dollar amount tied up in these outstanding orders.
- Report Totals: Sums up the total number of parts and the total value of all outstanding orders.
