INTERNET REQUIREMENTS 

• Primary Internet should be high-speed business class with the following minimum bandwidth speeds guaranteed by the ISP: 

• • Up to 40 users: 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload 

• • Up to 80 users: 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload 

• • Up to 160 users: 75 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload 

• Speeds should be increased with larger bandwidth needs for non-DMS usage at the dealership 

• The Internet needs to be stable, meaning that drops should be infrequent 

• Failover router that automatically switches between Primary and Backup Internet in the event of outage 

• Backup Internet must be in place prior to going live on Dominion DMS
