Viewing RO History of a Vehicle (Parts)

How to View RO History for a Vehicle

Follow the steps below to locate a vehicle and review its Repair Order (RO) history.

Navigation: Parts > Miscellaneous > All Vehicles

Step 1: Locate the Vehicle in the Primary Grid

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the vehicle.

2. Select the vehicle by clicking on the corresponding line.

Step 2: View RO History in the Vehicle Record

1. Select the RO History tab in the Action Ribbon.

2. Use the page navigation arrows at the bottom of the grid to scroll through the vehicle's RO history.

3. Click the RO Number hyperlink to open the full Repair Order (RO) in a new tab.
