Recovering a Deleted Prospect

Sales > F&I > Prospects

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Set the Master Filter to Deleted.

2. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Prospect that has been previously deleted.

3. Select the Prospect by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Prospect record:

1. Select the [Recover] button in the Action Ribbon.

2. Select [Yes] to recover the prospect.
