Prospect Status Report

Deals Where a Prospect Status is Applied

The Prospect Status report details deals within a selected time frame that have a Prospect Status applied, optionally including Deal Comments based on report parameters. The report content depends on statuses and comments saved in deals and selections made in the Report Parameters, such as specific Prospect or Deal Statuses, comment display preference, and date range.

Report details include the deal date, deal number with hyperlink, customer name, stock number, vehicle details, Prospect Status, and comments if selected. 

Frequency: Monthly

Who uses it: Managers and Dealer Principals

Why they use it: Track customer origins and compare sales data within the CRM.

Navigate to: Sales > Reports > F&I > Prospect Status
 
What is generated in the report is determined by what is added to a Deal and what is selected in Report Parameters.

Report Parameters

  • Select a specific Prospect Status if desired.  If none are selected, all statuses will be reported. 
  • Select a specific Deal Status if desired.  If none are selected, all deal statuses will be reported. 
  • Display Comments defaults to Yes.  If not necessary, change to No
  • Select the desired date range and run.
