Pending Deals Report

Track Deals Not Yet Posted

The Pending Deals Report monitors deals not yet posted by Accounting, categorized by conditions such as forms printed status and deal closure, with default settings including all categories. It provides detailed deal information including hyperlinks to deal and vehicle records, deal type, customer name, vehicle details, creation date, salesperson, and floorplan amount.

Frequency: Weekly

Who uses it: Sales Managers and Controllers

Why they use it: To track unposted closed deals and identify missing data, such as unprinted forms.

Navigate to: Sales > Reports > F&I > Pending Deals

From Report Parameters, Pending Deals can be selected by: 

  • Pending Deals Without Forms Printed Screenshot 2025-11-24 111452
  • Pending Deals With Forms Printer 
  • Pending Deals which are Closed, Not Posted 

All is selected by default and will generate all three conditions
