Parts Import from Parts Inventory to Existing Parts Invoice

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on  Roles and Permission to learn how.

The following permissions are required to perform this process:

Parts > Counter >Parts Inventory

Parts > Counter > Parts Invoice

See the Permissions Reference Guide to understand what permissions to assign.

Navigate to Parts > Counter > Parts Inventory

Filter/ sort and select the part number from the grid.

  1. Hover over the [Parts Invoice] button in the Action Ribbon and select Import to Existing from the dropdown list to open the Browse Parts Invoices window.
  2. Filter/ sort and select the Invoice from the grid.
  3. Input the Quantity to import and click the [OK] button to import that quantity to the Invoice.
