Open Existing in Parts Desk

Parts > Counter > Parts Desk - To simplify ticket or special order search from within the Parts Desk, a sorting option has been added in the Action Ribbon. Hover over Parts Invoice, Special Orders, or Parts Orders, and select Open Existing.

 If you are in a Parts Desk where a customer has been defined, selecting Open Existing opens a browse window of that customer's orders. All other customer orders are filtered out. Selecting Open Existing while in a Parts Desk with no customer defined opens the same browse window with all customers included, providing a shortcut for searching and selecting all existing tickets or SOs.
