Detailed Sales Performance of Op Codes

The Op Code Sales Report is designed to provide a detailed breakdown of sales performance for various operation codes (op codes) within a dealership’s service department over a specified period. 

Frequency: Weekly and Monthly 

How It’s Used: 

  • Performance Tracking: It tracks both open and closed repair orders (ROs) for each op code, showing how many jobs were performed, the quantity of parts used, and the associated sales figures. 
  • Profitability Analysis: The report calculates gross profit (GP) and gross profit percentage (GP%) for each job, part, and op code, helping managers assess which services or parts are most profitable. 

Who Uses it: 

  • Parts Managers 
  • Fixed Ops Director 

Navigate to: Parts > Reports > Sales > Op Code Sales

Report Type:

  • Summary: List of the OpCodes used with columns for Count (number of times used), Parts Price, Cost, Sale, Gross Profit Percentage, and Gross Profit dollars

  • Detail: Same as Summary and includes Repair Order number, Operation (Job), Part numbers billed with quantities

  • Export: Same as Summary and includes Date Open and Repair Order Advisor
