Detailed Sales Performance of Op Codes
The Op Code Sales Report is designed to provide a detailed breakdown of sales performance for various operation codes (op codes) within a dealership’s service department over a specified period.
Frequency: Weekly and Monthly
How It’s Used:
- Performance Tracking: It tracks both open and closed repair orders (ROs) for each op code, showing how many jobs were performed, the quantity of parts used, and the associated sales figures.
- Profitability Analysis: The report calculates gross profit (GP) and gross profit percentage (GP%) for each job, part, and op code, helping managers assess which services or parts are most profitable.
