It is advisable for new users of VUE access the available training offered via on-demand training videos and Instructor-led webinars at Dominion Dealer University.
Registering for Dominion Dealer University
- Go to dduonline.com.
At the sign-in screen click Register.- Complete the user information screen and click Next.
- Enter your dealership name and role(s) you have at the dealership and click Register.
- Within a few hours you will receive a confirmation email. Use your email address and password to log into Dominion Dealer University to begin your training.
Registering for Webinar Sessions
Once your on-demand video training is complete, it is also recommended to attend Instructor-led live webinars. To sign up for live webinars
- Log into dduonline.com.
- In DDU go to Section #2 - Register for Live Webinars and select the session you want to schedule.
- Select the desired course. Note the date and time - including the time zone listed. Click the arrow to open for additional information. If this class fits your schedule, click Enroll Into This Session.
- After enrolling in the desired session, you have the ability to change or unenroll from this screen using the icons in the top right corner.
- The DDU homepage calendar will show your session(s). Come back to this section to join your session(s) at the scheduled time and date.
Reschedule your Session
- Navigate to the DDU Homepage calendar and select the session you need to reschedule
- Click on the change session icon on the top right
- The Change Session box appears. The first line is the session you are currently enrolled in. The second line allows you to enroll in a new session.
- Select the drop
down and choose the session you want to attend. - Select [Confirm]
