Manually Stocking a Vehicle into Inventory

Manually Stocking a Vehicle into Inventory. Add a New or Used Vehicle into inventory. 

Sales > Vehicles > Vehicle Inventory

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Select the [New] button within the Action Ribbon to create a vehicle record for a new or used vehicle.

2. Input the 17-digit VIN of the vehicle to be added to the inventory.

3. Click the [Create] button.

Within the Vehicle record:

1. Input the designated stock number in the Stock # field.

2. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Select the [New] button within the Action Ribbon.

2. Input the less than 17-digit VIN of the vehicle to be added to the inventory.

3. Click the [Create] button.

4. Select [Yes] to the New Vin prompt.

Within the Vehicle record:

1. Input the designated stock number in the Stock # field.

2. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
