A detailed report for the Service Manager. This tool enables easy monitoring of Repair Orders (ROs) with deferred or voided operations, while tracking all changes over time.

Navigate to Service > Reports > Audit > Deferred & Voided Report

The report can be filtered by:

Department

Report on - Deferred, Voided

-
RO Status - Open Date, Closed Date, Void Date

-
Group By - Advisor, Technician -default (User)

Display Address - Yes, No

Date Type includes - Exact Dates, Preset Date Range, Dynamic Date Range, Month, Quarter, Year.

When the report is displayed, all RO numbers should appear as hyperlinks.

Clicking a hyperlink should open the corresponding Repair Order in a new tab (if the user has permission).
