Creating a Lost Sale from the Parts Desk

Parts > Counter > Parts Desk

· Opens last Parts Desk the user was in or a blank Parts desk.

Within the Parts Desk screen:

1. Click in the Actions field of the part number.

2. Select Lost Sale.

3. Input the quantity for the lost sale.

4. Click [Submit].
