Counterperson Performance Report

Counterperson Performance Analysis

The Counterperson Performance Report evaluates individual parts counter staff sales performance within a dealership's parts department over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. It tracks activity metrics such as parts invoices, repair orders, and jobs handled, alongside sales figures, costs, gross profit dollars and percentages, and operational efficiency metrics like Parts Per Job and Parts Per Repair Order. The report enables a comparative assessment of counter staff performance and is used by Parts Managers, Parts Personnel, and Fixed Ops Directors.

Recommended Frequency: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly

  • Performance Tracking: It breaks down each counterperson’s activity, including the number of parts invoices, repair orders, and total jobs handled.
  • Sales & Profitability Analysis: The report details sales figures, costs, gross profit (GP) in dollars, and gross profit percentage (GP%) for each counterperson.
  • Comparative Assessment: By listing all counter staff and their metrics side by side, it allows managers to compare individual and team performance.
