Complete Sales Summary

Detailed Overview of Vehicle Sales

The Complete Sales Summary report provides a detailed overview of vehicle sales over a selected period, presenting data by new and used vehicle deals or by assigned F&I Managers. It includes specifics such as deal date, vehicle make, customer and salesperson names, sales price, commissionable cost, trade net, and various profit amounts, including commissionable and non-commissionable amounts, insurance, finance reserve, service contracts, products sold, and commissionable gross. 

Frequency: Monthly

Who uses it: Controller, Managers, and Dealer Principals

Why they use it: To track sales performance, gross profits, add-ons, and commission comparisons.

Navigate to: Sales > Reports > F&I > Complete Sales Summary

From the Report Parameters, the Report Type selection allows for the user to determine how the details are presented: 

  • Standard: breaking down deals by New and Used. 
  • Sort by Manager:  breaking down the deals by assigned F&I Managers.
