Changing the Balance Type

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Note that Schedules cannot be edited or created while two periods are open.

Accounting > Maintenance > Schedule Maintenance

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the schedule.

2. Select the schedule by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Schedule Maintenance Screen:

3. Click the Balance Type dropdown and select the balance type.

Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
