Summary of Repair Order (RO) Activity

The RO Count Report provides a summary of Repair Order (RO) activity for a dealership. The report is designed to help service managers, advisors, and dealership leadership track and analyze service department performance. 

Frequency: Monthly 

Who uses this report: Service Manager and Fixed Ops Director 

How it's used:

  • Advisor-level breakdown: Each service advisor is listed with their total number of ROs and a detailed count of ROs by payment type (Customer Pay, Warranty Pay, Internal Pay, Extended Service Pay). 
  • Performance insights: By comparing counts across advisors and payment types, management can spot trends, identify top performers, and detect areas needing attention (e.g., low warranty or internal pay counts).
